  Absolutely disgusting customer service, firstly Ive recently bought a car from them, when working out monthly payments phil who is a supposed manager worked came out with the wrong figures that the finance refused to accept this being an hour before I was suppose to pick the vehicle up, he also worked my £200 deposit in the monthly payments which he specifically said that I would get back, after finally agreeing a payment i could afford it picked the car up straight away in noticed vibration whilst on the motorway I contacted phil to try and arrange them to look at it after we arranged a day in dropped it off with them but then phil was allegedly taken ill, so without telling me they locked my car in their compound and left me without a vehicle for 24 hours when I was suppose to have plans the very next morning, we then attempted another day for them to look at my car, when I dropped it off this time they had it for most off the afternoon only for them to take air out of my tyres!! As they said that tyres and wheels are not included in their standard 3 months warranty, considering I paid almost 10,000 for the car the last thing I wanted to to rectify problems with my wheels, if urge anyone to please think about not to buy any kind of vehicle from this company, they swindle their customers out of their deposits and are not interested in one bit of rectifying any problems the cars may have, utterly shambolic, unprofessional, and a two bit company if not that.
